• Warranty is non-transferable and requires the original order number and purchase from our company or a registered vendor.
• Replacement parts will be provided at no cost, including free shipping.

Note:
• All warranty claims are subject to approval by the warranty/service department.
• Photos and/or videos of defects may be requested.
• Do not disassemble any equipment before the issue is determined.
• Equipment outside the warranty policy will not be covered, and the buyer will be responsible for replacement parts and shipping costs.

  • The KT-AM120SD has a maximum lifting height of 70.87 inches (1,800 mm) with 12 locking positions for flexible working heights.
  • Professional installation by a certified technician is strongly recommended. A concrete floor with minimum 5.9-inch (150mm) thickness and 3,000 PSI rating is required. Anchor bolts and installation hardware are included.
  • The KT-AM120SD is not ALI certified and does not carry CE certification. For customers requiring ALI or CE certified lifts, we recommend verifying your specific facility requirements before purchase.
