Refund policy
At Allizoe, we pride ourselves on delivering quality equipment and outstanding support. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Order Cancellations
Orders not yet shipped may be canceled, subject to a 6% cancellation fee. This is to cover the credit card processing fees charged by Shopify.
If an order has already shipped, our return policy will apply.
Deposits for special-order/non-stock items are non-refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Returns
All returns must be pre-authorized. Contact our service team for return instructions.
Returns for reasons other than defect or warranty are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of pick up/delivery.
Returned items must be:
In like-new condition
Uninstalled and in original packaging with all manuals and accessories
Customer is responsible for round-trip freight costs. Freight charges may be deducted from the refund.
At our discretion, additional fees may apply if the product is opened, damaged, incomplete, or missing packaging.

Used, installed, or not in original packaging
Items damaged by misuse, incorrect installation, or environmental exposure
Consumables, wear items, or custom/special orders
Incomplete, defaced, or mismatched serial-number products
Items without original receipt, invoice
How to Return Products
Contact us within the 30-day window.
Provide:
Order number
Product name
Reason for return
Our service team will respond within 24 hours with instructions.
You may book your own shipment (with tracking/PRO number provided to us), or we can arrange return freight for you.
Once the product is received and inspected, your refund, exchange, or credit will be processed within 7 business days.
⚠ Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
