Freight Shipping to the Lower 48 States
ALLIZOE arranges freight delivery for heavy equipment to the contiguous United States. Product prices and freight charges are shown separately. Delivery charges depend on the equipment, destination, and selected service, and are displayed at checkout or provided by quote. Free shipping applies only when explicitly stated for the specific product or offer.
We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. Contact ALLIZOE before ordering for remote or limited-access addresses. Review the full Shipping Policy for coverage and terms.
Before You Order
- Check the packed dimensions, shipment weight, and crate count for your equipment.
- Select the correct commercial or residential delivery service and confirm access for the freight truck.
- Confirm unloading equipment and whether liftgate service is offered for the complete shipment.
- For supplier warehouse pickup, contact ALLIZOE before ordering or paying to confirm actual stock and the warehouse.
Order Preparation and Delivery Timing

Review the estimates in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates; confirm product-specific timing before arranging installation or other dependent work. Orders with multiple products may arrive in separate shipments.
Unloading and Delivery Options
- Curbside freight delivery: Standard delivery does not include moving equipment into your shop or garage.
- Forklift or loading dock: Large or heavy equipment may require suitable unloading equipment. A pallet jack alone does not lower a shipment from a truck bed.
- Liftgate service: Select it only when offered for your equipment, packed dimensions, total shipment, and address. It is not available for every lift or machine.
- Carrier terminal pickup: Where offered, freight is shipped to an agreed carrier terminal for collection. Freight charges apply. Confirm loading arrangements and bring a vehicle or trailer suitable for the packed equipment.
- Confirm before delivery: Contact ALLIZOE if the listed services do not match your unloading capability.
Free Supplier Warehouse Pickup
Supplier warehouse pickup is free, with no freight or handling fee, after ALLIZOE confirms actual stock and an available warehouse before payment. Pickup is by appointment; no same-day pickup is available. Do not travel until written readiness confirmation and the supplier pickup release form have been provided through ALLIZOE. Blind pickup can be arranged where supported.

Inspecting Your Shipment
Inspect the shipment before signing and record visible damage or shortages on the delivery receipt. Take photos and contact customerservice@allizoe.com immediately with your order number. Follow the damage, refusal, and reporting instructions in the Shipping Policy.

Can I change my delivery address?
Contact ALLIZOE as soon as possible. Address changes depend on the shipment stage and carrier approval, and may require a revised freight quote or additional charges. Wait for confirmation before assuming an address change is accepted.
