How Freight Delivery Works
Heavy equipment like car lifts and tire service machines ship via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight — this is different from standard parcel delivery. Here's what to expect:
- Curbside delivery only: The freight carrier will deliver to the curb or end of your driveway. Equipment will NOT be moved inside your garage or shop.
- You need a forklift or pallet jack: Items arrive on pallets. Please have equipment ready to unload.
- Delivery appointment required: The carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.
- Inspect before signing: Carefully inspect all items for damage before signing the delivery receipt. Note any damage on the bill of lading.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada?
Currently we ship to the contiguous 48 US states only. Please contact us for international or remote shipping inquiries.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your freight shipment in real time.
What if my equipment arrives damaged?
Document all damage with photos and note it on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves. Then contact us immediately at your order confirmation email. Do NOT refuse the delivery — this can complicate the claims process.
How long does processing take?
Most orders are processed and handed to the freight carrier within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Address changes may be possible before the shipment is picked up by the carrier. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
