  • We provide US-based technical support via email and phone for troubleshooting and parts replacement throughout your warranty period.
  • Contact ALLIZOE within 30 days of pickup or delivery to request return authorization before sending anything back. Eligible items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all manuals and accessories. Returns for reasons other than defect or warranty are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs, which may be deducted from the refund. Consumables, wear items, and custom or special orders are excluded under our Refund Policy.   • ALLIZOE is not currently offering an extended parts warranty plan for a separately purchased KT-RJ60.
