  • A jack tray is included with the KT-4H950. You do not need to buy a separate jack tray with this new lift. The jack tray is different from a rolling jack; a rolling jack is not included with the base lift.
  • Options may include supplier Warehouse Pickup, Pickup at Carrier Terminal, Commercial Delivery, and Residential Delivery. Product price and freight charges are shown separately. Supplier warehouse pickup is free, requires stock confirmation and an appointment, and is not available the same day. For terminal pickup, the carrier loads your suitable vehicle or trailer; you handle final unloading. Four-post lifts require suitable forklift or loading-dock arrangements for delivery; standard liftgate service is not available.
  • 110V is the standard configuration. A 220V configuration is available at an additional price; confirm the supplied power unit, voltage, circuit requirements, availability, and total price with ALLIZOE before payment. The Delivery Options on this page select fulfillment, not voltage. Do not assume one supplied power unit automatically works on both voltages.
  • Professional installation by a qualified installer is strongly recommended. Allizoe lists a level concrete floor at least 5.9 inches (150 mm) thick with a 3,000 PSI rating. Have the installer verify the slab, clearance, electrical supply, and unloading requirements, and follow the model-specific installation manual.

  • We provide US-based technical support via email and phone. Our team assists with installation questions, troubleshooting, and parts replacement throughout your warranty period.

  • No. The manufacturer describes the included casters as a way to reposition the unloaded KT-4H950. Remove the vehicle before moving the lift and follow the supplied manual's caster installation and moving procedure.
  • No. The manufacturer specifies drip-tray compatibility at the standard runway-width setting only. If you change the runway spacing, confirm compatibility before fitting or using the trays.
  • Compare the vehicle's actual loaded weight and axle-load distribution with the lift's rated capacity and the supplied manual. Check wheelbase, tire track, tire width, usable runway length and width, ramp approach angle, and clearance at the columns. Check the raised vehicle against the ceiling, garage-door tracks, opener, lights, and other overhead obstructions. For a permitted stacked-parking setup, also check the lower vehicle's height against clear space beneath the runways at an approved locked parking position. Maximum lifting height is not the same as usable clearance beneath the lift. Contact ALLIZOE with vehicle and garage measurements if you need help checking fit.
  • The four-post lift and a rolling jack have separate rated capacities. The lift's capacity applies to the supported vehicle on the runways; a rolling jack must also be within its own rating for the load being raised. A rolling jack does not increase the lift's rated capacity, and the two ratings must not be added together. Confirm the supported axle load, approved lifting points, and jack-to-lift compatibility before wheel-free service. A jack tray is a different accessory from a rolling jack.
