  • Scheduling: No same-day pickup. After confirmation, the supplier provides a pickup release form. Blind pickup may be arranged.
  • Carrier terminal pickup: Freight to a carrier terminal is separate from free supplier warehouse pickup. Bring a suitable vehicle or trailer and arrange unloading at your final destination.

Terminal staff load your suitable vehicle or trailer; you handle final unloading. Confirm suitable unloading equipment before ordering. Standard liftgate service is not available for this lift.
  • The KT-AS110D is listed with standard 220V/60Hz/single-phase power and an optional 110V configuration. Contact ALLIZOE before ordering to confirm the supplied power unit, availability, lead time, electrical requirements, and any additional charge. These are configuration choices; do not assume a supplied unit can switch between both voltages. Delivery Options select fulfillment, not voltage.
  • Asymmetrical lifts position the vehicle rearward of center, allowing full door access for easier entry and exit. They are ideal for modern vehicles and shops that prioritize technician convenience. Symmetrical lifts center the vehicle between the posts and are better suited for trucks and larger vehicles.
  • Professional installation by a qualified installer is strongly recommended. Allizoe lists a level concrete floor at least 5.9 inches (150 mm) thick with a 3,000 PSI rating. Have the installer verify the slab, ceiling clearance, electrical supply, anchoring, and model-specific installation instructions before installation.
  • If Shop Pay Installments is offered for your order at checkout, the available payment plans and terms will be shown there. Availability is subject to eligibility and approval. Review the terms before completing your purchase.
  • We provide US-based technical support via email and phone. Our team assists with installation questions, troubleshooting, and parts replacement throughout your warranty period.
  • Contact Allizoe within 30 days of pickup or delivery to request return authorization. Eligible equipment must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all accessories. Returns for reasons other than defect or warranty are subject to a 30% restocking fee and round-trip freight costs under our Refund Policy.   • Check the vehicle's actual loaded weight and load distribution against the lift's rated capacity and any manufacturer-specified per-arm limits. Confirm that the arms and pads can reach the vehicle manufacturer's approved lifting points, and check minimum pad height, wheelbase, vehicle width, and actual drive-through clearance. Allow space for the raised vehicle, overhead beam, and ceiling using the supplied model-specific installation drawing and manual.
