Plan the Installation for Your Exact 2-Post Lift
Before ordering or preparing the floor, confirm the lift model, supplied configuration, intended vehicles, and installation requirements. This guide helps organize that preparation. Assembly, electrical connection, adjustments, and commissioning must follow the manufacturer's model-specific documents and be completed by appropriately qualified personnel.
1. Confirm the Model and Documentation
Review the current product specifications and obtain the installation and operation instructions for the supplied unit. Match the model and rating plate. If a listing, manual, or supplied component differs, contact ALLIZOE to resolve the discrepancy before work begins.

2. Have the Installation Site Assessed

Do not select a lift or prepare a slab using a universal concrete thickness or ceiling-height estimate. Use the exact model's requirements and have the site verified before drilling or assembly.
3. Plan Two-Post Vehicle Access
Check drive-through clearance, arm reach and movement, approved vehicle lifting points, adapters, individual arm limits, and load distribution. Floor-plate and overhead designs have different layouts; neither design name alone establishes suitability for your ceiling or vehicles.
Plan column positioning and anchoring with the installer using the manufacturer's layout. Do not infer cable routing, drive mechanism, or column assembly details from another model.
4. Confirm Electrical and Hydraulic Requirements
Have a qualified electrician verify the actual power-unit specifications and site connection. Do not assume every lift uses the same voltage or circuit rating. Some configurations have different prices and must be confirmed before payment.
Use the hydraulic fluid type, quantity, connection methods, and commissioning procedure specified for the supplied unit. Do not choose oil, thread sealant, cable settings, or bleeding steps from a generic installation article.
5. Coordinate Delivery and Handling
Confirm crate count, packed dimensions, shipment weight, unloading equipment, access, and handling arrangements with the installer before delivery. Equipment components are heavy; plan the handling equipment and assembly space required by the instructions.

6. Arrange Assembly and Commissioning
Agree with the installer on the model-specific assembly sequence, required tools, hardware, routing diagrams, torque values, adjustments, safety-device checks, and acceptance procedure. These details must come from the applicable manufacturer documents.
Have commissioning and any prescribed testing completed before regular use. A generic vehicle lift-and-shake check or repeated unloaded cycles does not replace the specified commissioning procedure. Do not improvise load tests or adjust safety systems based on this article.
7. Keep the Handover Records
